After a more thorough search of the online manual I found this. Since I am not in the EU it looks like my vehicle is rated at 33 psi with the stock 116 load index tires.

Well, i think that makes it similar to the USDM spec. So 43 PSI would be the RCTIP.

If those are the LT285/70R17, then the RCTIP for them on your LC200 is 40psi F/R.
