Thermostat bypass pipe removal? (1 Viewer)

Part of the filling system over-haul I’m trying to access one of the last things on my list. How do you remove the thermostat bypass coolant pipe. Apart from the the 2 12mm bolts, should it just pull out?

Yes, pull straight up.
There will be another short pipe inside with 2 o-rings. It comes out as well.

Success! Kind of marred the pipe a bit with the knipex. I smoothed it out with the Dremel polishing wheel after. All is well.
