The Colorado Land Cruisers spent the weekend wheeling north of Crested Butte, CO. The Devil's Punchbowl is a blast.

If anyone out here is in the Springs area (or anywhere for that matter), check us out and join us for a trip! :steer:

Here's some more of the trip if interested: https://forum.ih8mud.com/co-colorado-land-cruisers/746992-aspen-weekend-july-20-21-a-3.html

Excellent pictures wawrik. Thanks for posting these.

. . . nice to see a regular truck , very refreshing
I love to drive in Iceland one day

Agree - great pics and nice to see a non-Artic Cruiser (ok - call it what it is, Cruiser Envy) running those routes.

LC fun

Just returned from Glacier N.P. in Montana and Waterton lakes park in Alberta.
All in all a wonderful family reunion trip (18 folks). 9 nights in the new to us old Columbus RTT with some dispersed Wyoming camping thrown in along the way. Also got to use the drawers I finished just days before departure and road test the ARB awning and mounts. Great LC times with the family, now on to Ouray... just as soon as I complete a couple weeks back in reality. Oh, and 2500 miles of bugs need to be scoured from the cruiser.

Pearl pass is fun! Ran from aspen to crested butte. Ran out of time to return via schofield. 100 was a champ. No one wanted to ride on the back of the fj so there were four in mine. Saw a big ole black bear running down the road in front of us just as we topped the pass. Then saw it making time up to the top again just after I took the pic looking up at the road.

wife's hundy got new plates today, nothing too exciting...

Klaus, Texas has these plates. Normally, I won't pay a penny more for anything offered by the gub'ment, but I find this hard to resist...

LOVE THOSE PLATES!!! Need to check Idaho's once mine come up for renewal!

Replaced my alpine double din touch screen with a single din stereo and a 2m/440 ham radio.

Nice, I think we have the same head unit...I love the bluetooth! I like your idea with the HAM mounted in the pocket, I might try to do the same with my CB. I recently switched all my center console lights to match the head unit, really hard to get a good picture of it but you get the idea:
