The ST is holding up great although life has been so busy the 40 has only been driven as a grocery getter lately. It was my DD for about 3 plus months into December. No problems. The doors off summer configuration happens ASAP. (Which really means halfway through summer)

Sorry no photos of the 40. But took it surf fishing with my son yesterday. The look on his face says it all as he had a reel break. Second is the grilled Pompano he had for dinner about 1 hour after it was caught.

@thatcabledude …..my son is working a local bait and tackle store. There is pompano tournament every spring. The current record is over 6lbs. My son said it looked more like a permit.

My son is ready to learn how to drive the 40. I have had a few mm of play in the throttle cable which makes driving difficult. Fixed that problem today. He gets his first lesson tomorrow.

1. Reupholster seats in Brown——> see the mule

It will fit in nicely at the shotgun range. Especially with a new Filson vest and a new Beretta 694 to kick off the season!😎 Beretta makes a fine O/U. My go to field gun is a SP III.

Those Scheel-Mann seats would sure be nice if you take some long trips Lance.

I replaced my stock seats with some Procar 90's and was amazed at the improvement in comfort.

I just purchased a set of these Recaros to put in my project but I have NO IDEA how I'm gonna mount them (yet)... I'm quite a ways away from that point, but with the Scheel-Mann's being so expensive and even refurbing mine being fairly costly, these seemed like a decent compromise... we shall see.

I pulled the old ebay trick and stuck em in my watchlist and about 24 hrs later, got an "offer" from the seller to purchase for $2,040.

Should go well with my faded blue 40, and planning on painting the roll cage and wheels grey...
