The doors are a mess However cleaned as best they can be. They have a bit of rust. I have rust converter on the way. Then I’ll hit the primed area with more primer, sand, paint. Fluid film all around. Or should I do Penetrol?

Fluid Film is pretty dope, doesn't attract dust (as much anyway) as Penetrol. However, Penetrol seems to linger longer (thicker).

I'm happy with the Fluid Film also, I lay it on thick in the fall and it's still creeping all over the place in the spring. It doesn't come off unless you work on taking it off.

Rust converter arrived and I got it on the spots that need it.

Door panels arrive tomorrow.
I am told the soft top and bows ship this week. Will test fit bows then send off for paint.
Lower window channels felts are due 8/1 at which point I can put the doors back together. That gives me time to paint the rusty and primed areas. I have a rattle can from cruiser corp. Slow but progress.

Here ya go. The packaging was really done well. The Bows are powder coated or sprayed black. The top is sturdy. I was hopeful the top would be a bit darker although I can say I am not disappointed.

I got my stainless soft top fasteners at a marine supply store. Dig deep, they aren’t cheap!

No instructions although Im not worried about figuring it out. Will only be more time consuming.
And the part are too big to ship to my brother. I have to move to plan B for paint.
