Think i am going to go with a Black Block The orange has to go

Have you thought about going all aluminum?
I have . Honestly it has worked really well this summer . The sniper 2 has been excellent . Fuel mileage has been decent . and not as much of a concern now . I can easily run the Rubicon on a tank of fuel . I have more than enough power But i just want to clean things up now and install parts i have been collecting . I am hitting the Blue 40 hard now . But now with a little down time i can finish things up on this one . Like install my hard top ect. I also think i am going to do something different with the front bumper . Streamline it

Eww. It was ready

Got it pretty much back together yesterday . Noticed my header gaskets had a small leak . So I got some remflex gaskets . Just cleaning things up like the pvc valve and hose . Ect. I am going to get some of that Dei titanium exhaust wrap to do around the oil pan . Every little bit helps . I did get up to about 220 deg at times on Fordyce ( not really a problem but ) I would like to keep it at 210 . I know I could put the electric fan back on. But I would rather not if I don’t have to .

flex fans are not great for slow speed. The flatten out and do not pull much air at higher rpms. When you are" in it" climbing an obstacle, your temps will raise due to lack of air flow. A fan clutch or just a stock "circle track" fan works great. It may take a little hp away but will pull air even more when at higher rpms. Flex fans are meant for cars that go higher speeds and they do not need a fan to pull air through the radiator, the speed with force it through. ON the trail, you will most likely never see speeds fast enough to push enough air to keep it cool.
