Dont buy it right now. Wait till black friday. I got it for like 25% off with free shipping. Just pick your shroud. Get one a little more low profile. I wish i did. The shroud i have contacts slightly with the outer lense but it aint worth taking it back out.

Uh yeah let me get that for ya

you dont need the splitter. You'll just need to enlarge the hole enough to get that projector shaft through.

I reccomend buying the tightening tool (amazon) as that'll help with the lock ring. I didnt use jbweld or 4 bolt method, just enlarged the hole, and slapped it in.

Went wheeling and it hasnt thrown the alignment off at all.

Let me know if you get any questions.

Yep i did the swap on black friday around that time. they do a decent sale for sure, think it's like 25% i'd sit tight till then. I'll get some output pics for ya tomorrow when i go to work in the AM. It's night and day, you dont need any other auxiliary lighting. lol.

My truck came with Depo 1 piece headlights and what ever bulbs were in it when I purchased it. My little Stedi fog lights in my ARB bumper are brighter than my high beams.......its borderline dangerous to drive at night

Through a connection got this warn winch for dirt cheap. As a result got a TJM winch mount inbound.

It’s steel cable though.

What’s folks running for synthetic winch line nowadays?

Don’t wanna mount it till I get it respooled up.

Update time

Got the TJM winch mount installed and some
3/8” synthetic line from TRE (tactical recovery equipment)

Everything mounted up easy and had to just cut the center out the crash bar mounts.

Got it wired up easy enough and everything fits like the same.

Next is some step sliders.

Airbags were installed maybe a month ago 😂

Easy enough and lifted the rear up a good bit with like 10psi but I’ll lower to 5 after a while and see which I like better
The air fittings are on the drivers side near the 7 pin harness out the way

Been a couple months so i reckon an update is in order.

Ditched the Treadwright tires, 2 developed a bulge around 15k miles in and the warranty department told me to kick rocks so meh. would not reccomend.

Got some General grabbers in the same size and not a hiccup in sight.

Got some budbuilt sliders installed. Beefy some bishes and didnt even use all 6 of the bolts on each side (5 was sufficient and didnt feel like drilling any more really lol)

The wall was the only obstacle my stock 100 couldnt do without pulling cable although if it was raining, lockers would be mandatory. The entrance part i felt were knarler than the wall itself.

Won @cruiserpatch TBs at the raffle so that was good.

My suspension has almost 280k miles on it so i figure it's probs time to ditch the front sway bar, add some longer shocks up front and in the rear and add a locker to get this thing cooking in time for Cruiser on the rocks in a few months.

I'll probs only get to the rear locker but it'll be fine i reckon.

Budbuilt skids are on order as well. The stealth build continues.

Gonna ditch the airbags.. They tore at the fitting and i aint trying to deal with it.

Looking at rear springs that support my trailer when towing (~200) tongue weight, and my drawer system

OME or Slee or Dobinsons?

Thoughts?

@MongooseGA had some Rough Dog gold coil springs hanging out in his garage and i took them off his hands.

Rear measurements went from 19" to 22" on already used settled springs so im pleased with that.

Added my camper i pull on all my trips and it only dropped about an inch if that.

Overall im impressed with the springs and now to find some shocks to swap out with my tired OEM shocks with almost 300k miles on them

Went to East Coast Gear Supply yesterday to get them to install an ARB rear locker in the rear.

Didnt have them install the compressor or air lines as it was something i could do.

No issues driving back home and now gonna take next weekend to install the compressor/airlines / and the OEM locker switch from the 80.

2400$ out the door. Super fair and knowing i'll have a 5 year warranty/tech support makes it even better.

Only advice I have is to use nutcerts rather than bolt through the fender. Also, where your compressor sits is a common location for a second battery so if that's in your long term plans, you might want to mount that compressor somewhere else from the get go. Slee makes a pricey but elegant second battery mount that had a location for the compressor on one side, I've always thought it a well conceived and well executed solution.

Yeah I’ve got a tear drop camper I tow to camp and such so I have no need for any accessories on the truck.

It’s a good spot then? 😂

I’m def gonna drill some holes tomorrow and test fit.

Nutcert? What’s that
