There are several vendors that offer " kits " but pic parts on this one .. coz I know exactly what I want .. ( not sure if I get it ! )

Alcoholinjection and Snowperformance are just 2 of 'em ..

I like the video. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you posted the link to the same video twice, not two different videos.

Are you worried about erosion on the compressor of the turbo. I've read in the past that the droplets hitting compressor blades can cause damage over time, This is why I believe they typically inject post compressor.
the compressor would certainly help with atomization though!

Nop they are different .. in the first one without I only reach 14 PSI ( normal or at least was :D ) and in the second one I reach 17 - 18 .. hard to tell by the angle .. would do another one to see how far I can go :hillbilly:

not really I've been running that way in my 1HD-T over 2 years withour problems .. and maybe coz I only use for short periods of fun .. I never had an issue with that ..

Have you turned your pump up since you added the methanol injection?

I'm already running all the fuel that my IP it's capable of .. if want more need to start swaping IP internals ..

super duper dig on your 60. That soft top is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time! I have a pig and am just starting on a 60 that sits on an hzj80 chassis from panama. It's diesel engine and tranny and tcase are gone. So I'm planning a 6.5 and nv4500. I lived for a short time in guatemala city but was never able to go wheeling. The whole time I lived there my truck was broken and illegal.

Since I'm here ..

Weekend after Christmas group of local guys got stuck in muddy hills, pouring rain, and few non mod rigs .. so we help few of 'em to get out .. that give me the chance to test again the 16.5 superwinch ..

here is a short video of superwinch working .. that was of course before we chain up Tencha .. and honestly I dunno what I was thinking .. MTR are just no go in our slippery terrain ..

After long time debating best way to solve vacuum pump issue I decide one way 2 benefits .. bite the dust with Hydrobooster ..

Here is the adapter Elliott ( can provide info about .. no affiliation .. just pleased customer ) made to me ..

I ended adjusting holes coz for some reason my booster have other bolt pattern .. no big deal ...

Miss calculation ( I'm good on that :frown: ) and ran short on return line .. already order it .. if not PS system will be bleeded and done by now ..

Bleeding brakes with my rear brake disc system will be another story .. but I'm waiting for Sky flare adapters from Toyota to Chevy .. so that hold me back any case ..

forgot to add .. background here is ..

80 series booster + 80 series MC + TSM rear disc brake setup + V6 front calipers .. that was good for 37" not enough ( IMOP ) for 40" ..

Part 2 ..

I was sick of vacuum pump attached to the back of my alternator .. I'm loving my 150 amp Tundra alt in Marilu so I'm planing the same route here .. without any vacuum pump in my way ..

Good choice. Hopefully it will be dialed in right away and you can enjoy good stopping power. Nice to see some updates.

Nice!

I was going to do the same thing in my 83 Patrol due to having the vac pump on the back of the alt. I never got around to it though.

So hows it work? You like it?

I think I am going to just mount a vac pump that will run on it's own belt but the hydro boost is a good option for diesel guys who make no vacuum.

tell you next week after complete return line from HB to reservoir and got flare adapters .. and bleed everything .. ( will need some sort of luck with that )

Good job! Whenever i struggle with bleeding for some reason, i just top off the reservoir, and let the gravity do the work. Opening only one bleed valve at a time, letting the fluid just push thru on its own. Can take an hour, but all you need to do is keep the res full. And drink beer.

I'll take your advice .. the thing is .. bleeders on my rear calipers are in the most weird position that's why it's bit PITA that part .. but hey I will deal with that on weekend ..

Been a while stuck with home and other Marilu projects .. but back here I got the Sky Toyota flare adapters .. what a nice piece of work .. they where perfect, then move to the nightmare of my bleed situation .. but got that done.

and did this work of art ..

Start running our of free space in my engine bay ..

Any case .. had 2 questions ..

1. last night took complete brake fluid bath under Tencha due to stuck rusted bleeders in my rear eldo calipers .. where I can source those bleeders ... I'm using the calipers included in the TSM rear brake kits .. but not sure if there are more than one model out there or if all are compatibles .. gonna buy at least 4 ..

2. I want to make my HB softer .. I mean it locks my 40" but I need to push a bit more harder than I want to .. what I do want it's have the same factory pedal travel and feeling that I have in Marilu .. it's that possible . ?

Note: I'm also running PSC PS pump and ram .. having complete smooth steering
