I end getting in new RD142 new short side inner and birf ..

It took me complete day ( last sat ) to put the new arb on ......

The most complicated part was the torque part .. I found myself creative to improvise kind of stand that allow me put the proper torque in .. since I don't have vise yet ..

Today I cut the bronce line and was my intention to put the 3rd on .. but end asembling everything and end with the tires on .. just not oil ( was too late and I was to tired ) test it on house no leaks and all seems in right working order now .. we see how that hold this time ..
 
Well done. How long did that arb take to install?

I bet it took him all saturday to install it.

exactly Cody .. I took me complete day to install it .. it can be done in good 6 - 8 hours of labors with proper tools .. since I don't have all it take longer to me ..

Test it .. put it back in the housing and assembly all knuckle axle parts ( disc hubs etc ) took me another complete good day ..
 
Last update .. move my rear axle back 3" perfect to me ..

Thanks my friend .. still need to re route my exhaust ( old route no longer works now :frown: ) and measure my rear DS to extend it .. more fun .. !
 
Updates face lift ( dunno if lift but something like)

Exhaust done ( front of rear DS side wheel)

Btw cheap bumper from scrap parts coz the 16.5 doesn't fit I'm my old bumper.

Was 4 hours fast job bumper ( courtesy of my friend Joekatana)

I like the simple lines of that bumper.

I'm still surprised you don't have to cut your front valance for turning those monster 40s. You are lifted more than me.
 
Hell ya not sure about lift but need to cut half of the rear body mount ( behind rear tire) rubbing badly
