Main assembly is attaching the hinges to the doors and main lid. It takes about 10 minutes to assemble everything. This time does not include the cutting of the tailgate.

Cool.... I was just making sure I didn’t need to know anything special about assembly. Hey... I put together an IKEA kitchen so I’m sure I can figure it out.

Yeah its pretty simple. I have a short install PDF as well that'll be in the box for cutting the tailgate.

Awesome!!! Just to let anyone that is on the fence, you had better jump. There is only one set left on the site . I personally needed the extra storage for recovery gear since my horse of a mutt calls the back home.

No these are a single door with a hidden hinge. All you see is the knuckle on these.

Similar to the 200 series.

Yes, I'm making CAD file changes now to make those hidden hinges as well. Next run will be dual door models wit hidden hinges.
