Sway Bar, which way is up? (1 Viewer)

Had it off a while, doing a lot of stuff. Time to go back on and having trouble figuring out how to tell which way is up?

Also how do the lips on the Bushing flanges go?

Can't complain about mine. 215K and my end links and bar bushings were in pretty good shape. The cushion bushings were worn.

For aggressive mall cruising seems OK. Off road they would be a little lacking I guess.

When & how to replace stabilizer bar, bushings, cushions & links (AKA sway bar)

Would you say I waited to long to change my bushings! But link breaking is not the only reason why I say to long. I found not only did Link rust through, but I also removed a ~1/16" of rust off top & bottom of stabilizer bar recess that the cushions sets in. I then found the stabilizer bar...

Thanx! I put it back in today. I used Superlube on the Bar bushings, we'll see how that goes...
