Can I run the engine without the supercharger belt? I have a nasty bearing noise at startup (cold) and need to remove belts until I find which idler or other bearing it might be.

Yep, you will be fine. Just slow.

To get. Enough air through it might actually free spin the SC so just watch for that.

Cool Thanks Going to let it idle. Then take the other belts off one by one until I find the source of noise.

Works ok w/o belt. I have run at freeway speeds in mine when tensioner failed . Most likely culprit is a/c tensioner pulley or alternator idler, which can be totally eliminated if you want. Many of us run without it.
