Engine in shop with new crank pulley assembly and bolt w /washer.

In the event I one day fall into a pile of cash and spend it on a supercharger--what do I need to do with the crank pulley assembly now, so I don't have to pull it apart again later? I keep coming across this number for a TRD Supercharger "Pulley 3.0"--

PTR26-33031

But it's never in dealer stock, and the fitment result says there's no fitment result at this time. Also no photo. AND when I search that number at Amayama and Partsouq, it doesn't come up at all. Presumably it's discontinued? Is it even the right P/N? IS there a longer crank bolt needed, or does it bolt up to the stock pulley?

Thanks for any help!

Longer crank bolt comes with the pulley that’ll drive the supercharger belt and that pulley bolts to the stock damper/balancer with two previously unused threaded holes. Seen some here use those holes to hold the crank while they break the crank bolt free(torqued to like 304ft/lbs). Takes some leverage.

I'd say that PN is for the pulley that goes on the blower, not the crank.

there’s so little info I’ve seen. Now that you bring it up, I guess that’s too small for the crank pulley…

If you need a supercharger crank pulley - I can make one for you. I had a project where one was damaged so I drafted a model of it and had it CNC made. Also have the throttle body adapter, tensioner bracket, and coolant pipe flange.

If @OG 91 LC Beno likes you, that's good enough for me. Details, price? I don't NEED one, but since the engine's apart, this would be the time to do it, in case I ever actually DO need one. :)

This is a custom one-off part so pricing is for a single unit. All has to do with setting up the CNC. Cost will vary depending on when purchased and materials costs at that time. For a single part order you can expect to pay around $1k. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum anodized in black. Increasing order quantity will drop pricing.
Having it installed now won't hurt anything and will make the supercharger installation somewhat easier when the time comes. If you do go that route.

Hmmm. Seems I've wandered into the high-roller room with this whole s/c thing. :) Lemme recalibrate and shoot you a PM, thanks!

I would talk to Jon Bond Performance. They inspected/refreshed my TRD supercharger I pulled off a donor cruiser before I put it on mine. I requested a 3.0 pulley and they put one on.

Honestly not sure of a part number or any of that. But when this supercharger fell into my lap, my research lead me to believe they were the guys to talk to and did an excellent job on mine.

The 3.0 pulley is great. No experience with the other sizes, but I have no intercooler or Meth and it runs cool and pulls hard.

Message me for more info, I can probably can find the invoice if I really look for it.

Good luck!
