While attempting to replace the pins for my horn, I managed to seriously strip two of my steering wheel screws. Of course they're both still attached to the steering wheel. I've tried the typical punches and other extraction devices and had zero luck. Anyone have any other tips, tricks, or suggestions?

Which extractors have you used? I had really good luck with the Speed Outs or whatever they are called, broke too many standard extractors in the past.

If you haven't already, you can remove the steering wheel by popping out the emblem in the center, backing out the nut (not all the way) and then pull the wheel off, makng it easier to work on the stripped parts.

Afterwards, invest in a good set of JIS screwdrivers. They ave made ALL the difference in ease of repair jobs since I purchased mine.

If all else fails, drill the head of the screw. Once the head is off you can pull the cover and use a pair of pliers or needle nose vise grips to turn the screw body out. I think when I replaced my horn pin I had to do that with one screw that I also stripped.
