There’s a couple of companies in Australia that make different versions of a cover for the seat delete. Specialist 3D Products is one that I have enquired about but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Around $190- Australia $.

There’s a thread somewhere on Mud about this.

Here’s a link to their website. No direct link to purchase, but if you send them a message through their website, you’ll get a response.

Does anyone do 3d printed block offs for the area on the wheel wells if you pull the third row seats?

This is what I'd get:

Rear Seat Delete Mounting Points to suit Toyota LandCruiser LC200

Does anyone know how to adjust the date on a 2009 Lexus LX570 when starting the car? The day is correct, but the date is not. I've searched everywhere and couldn't find the setting to change the date, only the time.

Anyone?

My wife got in a fight with the glove box, and now it's sagging. It looks like two strike plates(?) popped out. Found one floating, it won't stay slotted. Before I try and glue it in, anybody know a PN?

Sorry, meant to reply to this sooner.

I can't find a part number for the striker.. only with the whole glove box. And trust me, you won't like the price.

Been reading through here on Fumoto drain valves… any real world issues with the short or normal length one on our 200s? In particular, in off-road applications?

Looking at the geometry down there with my armor in place, feel like it would take something special to cause an issue, just wondering if I’m missing anything.

I haven't bonked mine on anything yet, or come close that I'm aware of.

I was always very dubious of the things, and couldn't see the point. Like you, I saw a potential for a disaster if anything, even a stone off the front tire, popping the valve open, and then.... (shudder)

When I was having my BudBuilt front and engine skids installed, @Taco2Cruiser convinced me that they are a good thing, especially if you get the hose kit with the right-angle adapter, they work fantastic with the opening in the BudBuilt skid. I ordered one standing in his shop while he was finishing up. No regrets!

I can't speak for any of the other skids, but there's no way a misguided stone, rock, boulder, or anything can get to that thing. And if I were ever able to bend that SS plate enough to reach the valve... well I'm sure I've got other things to worry about.

I appreciate that input. I kind of felt the same way.. seems like I’d have a crumpled LCA / rekt LBJ / need a refund on 1/4 steel skid plates if something were going to get up there. Much appreciated, going to order one and if it’s really that much of a heeby-jeeby I’ll go back to the usual. Thanks

Definitely get the nipple and hose kit, that's what makes it so awesome.

If you're wanting to be even more lazy/efficient/froggy, forgo the 90 degree adapter, leave the plate in position and come in from the side with your 3/8" flexible hose. Shove the hose on the nipple and then let it drain!

2013 lx 570. I figured it is 10 years old. I am thinking of new bulbs. Do you think I should go with Toshiba or Phillips xenon hid?
