I have not.

Did you check partsouq.com

Deluca Toyota has free shipping on orders over 75 dollars.
Oh yea, I checked Partsouq, partsdeal, McGeorge, and quite a few other dealers. WallyWorld beats them all, then McGeorge is the next best price

Is there any way to hack into my navigation/screen?

You’ll have to be a little more specific about what you’re hoping to do. If you mean something like car-play, there are after market solutions to help with this.

What's this tool for? Do I need it?

Spark plugs.

I was thinking the same thing, then I thought about how... challenging... it can be to get them out, I really don't think that thing is up to the task.

Excellent, putting my spline socket for the rock warrior in that place then.

I think that’s why the tube is so long. Toyota puts them in other kits too, and they are often shorter.

Can you actually change all the plugs with just the tools in the factory tool kit?

Oil change question. Is it better to drain the oil with the vehicle level or the front on ramps? I usually do ramps but was wondering if oil may be left in the rear of the pan or elsewhere if it isn't level.

Easy enough to clean around these dirt traps, but are any of you concerned about what lurks behind them in terms of corrosion? Does anyone take them off when detailing? Drives me a little nuts.

incidentally, this is the wife’s LC. Mine is always squeaky clean:)

OMFG that drives me crazy too. I do pop off the taillights at least twice a year to clean that out. Just the other day I was giving the truck it's final bath for the winter, and really think I need to find some way to keep that crap from getting back there. Maybe some peel-and-stick foam weatherstripping.

Are there any Toyota front grill emblems that fit the early LX grill? The one I have is about an inch wider than the LX emblem.

I labeled the front seat adjustments 1 and 2.

Driver seat will only let me move one switch at a time. Adjustment 1 OR 2

Passenger seat will let me move both (1 AND 2) adjustments at the same time.

What gives?

EDIT Why is this important to me: I am 6’2 and I sit with the drivers chair in the fully back (Not fully reclined) position. When I have to move the middle seats up and maximize my cargo space I want to program my unused seat memory function to get me the maximum legroom. I currently have to adjust it by hand every time. It just bothers me that one seat does this and the other doesnt.

So why doesn't your preset work? The problem you mentioned does not relate to the presets unless I am misunderstanding something.

My preset seat position buttons on my '08 move the seat only one direction at a time, but it does always get to where I have it set. Honestly I don't know if mine will allow 2 movement directions at once when I'm manually pushing the direction buttons.

The preset works fine. and when it moves into position, it does as you say- one setting at a time. What I was wondering was why the pass seat lets me adjust 2 switches at once and the driver doesnt. I didnt know if it was a loose wire, or bad relay, or what?

its one of those weird things, like how the steering wheel controls backlight are blue and the radio backllight controls are green.
