I am new to the 120 family based out of Draper, UT. I have a 2005 Blizzard Pearl GX470. I took my vehicle out to the west desert of Utah this past weekend with a group of Boy Scouts. I opted to try sleeping in my vehicle instead of on the ground. I did pack my tent and pad in case I needed to go to the ground.
I folded the 2nd and 3rd rows flat and extended the head rests to the last locked position, moved the front seats as far forward as they would go and then inflated a queen sized air mattress on top. I did put my tent which was still rolled up under the mattress between rows 2-3 for a little extra support. I was worried that I would feel the seats underneath or that the mattress would sag down into the gaps between the seats (I'm a big guy 6'1" 250lb) I slept with my head up by the passenger seat and was very comfortable all night, albeit a little cold, the temp dropped to 27 degrees. I attached a photo of the setup. There was ample room for me to roll from side to side without banging into the roof or feeling claustrophobic.
I was pleased with the results and can't wait to get out again, this time with my 8 and 6 y.o. boys.
