Where is a mod when you need them to move some obscene post to chat or to ban some pervert.

This did start out as a tech thread. Leave it to C-Dan and Christo to take it to the sewer.

He puts up a good front, he does.

He was prolly laughing too hard to type more than he was able to....:flipoff2:

Romer,

That is a nice LX. Looks like the truck is level and even, did you put trim packers up front? Is that the 851/863 Medium OME combo? Looks really nice. :D

Its the medium lift kit Slee has on their web site. I had them install it and I don't believe it required trim packers.

To claify for both ken and landpimp. With little to no grease in the knuckles you will not lube the spindle bushing or the birfield. Remember you have a full time system, with no lube you will do damage to these componets. As for some other information ken relayed to me is he is a new owner, and the previous owner has not service the fron axle since 30k miles. Front wheel bearings were loose, so were the the rear. To prevent damage to any high dollar parts I reccommended that Ken get service work done. Nothing has to ever get done, it is all a matter on how much you want to spend when you finally get to the job. So to me low grease is one of the signs of needing the axle serviced expecially if the truck is new to you. later robbie

Not even sure how to reply to this. To bring this back to a tech post, that is the tire carrier. Adjustable for different size tires and different offset wheels.

When are you going to having your tire carrier on your site?

Understood. I assumed there was more too it however then poking a wire into the knuckle ;)
