Newbies, my son and I, two tents but only need 1 site. Both are small 2-man tents. Thanks and any detailed directions would be greatly appreciated (we have never been to the area!).

Unless you have been away on vacation you already know that Upstate Cruisers is holding this event August 10-12 in Tellico. THERE ARE ONLY 4 DAYS LEFT BEFORE DEPARTURE.


I have many commitments from many of you to attend. However, this note is to serve as a reminder that a Paypal commitment is required by end of day, TODAY, August 6, if you are going to come join us. Please send your payment ($20 for site and food) to uc@828rugs.com. This measure is for the benefit of the coordinators to ensure we are well prepared.


Also, please have your vehicle ready to pass our very minimal safety inspection. This includes:


Brakes - both pedal and emergency/parking brake


Spare Tire


Fire Extinguisher


Small First Aid Kit


Tow Strap


Two-way, FRS hand-held radios




These safety measures are in place to minimize dangers to everyone, members and non-members.
