1988 fj62 - smogged - fairly stock. Air compressor and cruise control added by PPO. Also the olde schoole Man-A-Fre sticker.

Edit: forgot to say, hit 162,000 miles today.

How do the headlight supports come off of the radiator support??? I have mine pulled apart and I am not having much fun prepping that sucker for paint. Having it in three pieces would be so much easier to manage!

Theyre just held onto the cross support on the bottom by two screws, unless this was done by someone previously. The truck is a very early 60 to keep in mind, they has some small differences

I just scoured mine for ten minutes and couldn’t find anything but pinch welds. Must be nice having smaller pieces to work with. It’s not fun as a single unit.
