ust found this pic on a web site and have just decided it will be my next color , so long 309 freeborn red , this is the nicest blue I have ever seen . Anyone have the paint code/name for this blue ,lol , I notice some have simmilar colors on here but I don't think they are exactly the same. Or maybe it looks good because it is wet .

Yellow with additions

You could try this yellow, I don't know the paint codes though- Frankly I am just showing it off!

I'm very fond of yellow. It also holds up as well as any color here in the desert.

How much of the prep work did you wind up doing?:cheers:

I ended up doing all the prepwork. My neighbor was nice enough to give me a spot in his body shop with no limit on time, so it went into the shop January 2010 and I spent my entire winter break and every weekend from then on workin on it. Got finished sometime in April.

Thanks. I really enjoy it. Here are some pics of the whole thing. One was before I had it all fully assembled (but it was still clean). The other two are from its maiden voyage to Ouray, Colorado this past August.

My blue '67 now has 31X9.50 TSL Swampers on stock rims and caps now.
