Of all the colors, other than green, that I probably wouldn't have picked would have been yellow. But... this showed up locally for sale, for a good price. Runs very good, almost stock. '75 2F engine, 4-speed, very minimal rust, new soft top, new battery, Warn X8000 winch, etc. It's got a few interesting PO upgrades. Some of them are now for sale.

like @Pighead said

the 74' has the hood lock that sticks down when the bezel is flipped like that... bad on them... flip that back and use the correct bib :)

anybody that uses the early bib on the later truck is an idiot... self included :meh:

I was waiting on the bib and bezel comments. Thank one and all for continuing the struggle. And yes, bezel flip is on the way, as soon as my latest care package from Cabe Toyota arrives.

As for the early bib, I'm not sure how that happened. It's OK I guess, keeps the '40 experts scrambling. I don't mind it.

More pr0n.

The on-board air compressor...

It has a hose and valve that exits under the bib in front. I don't know if it works. Since I have an ARB portable, it's going bye-bye.

The highly elaborate very overbuilt and quite well done dual interior tool boxes. I mean seriously these things are pretty nice. Even a tool tray! They both have dual locks and yes I have the key.

I'm going to remove them. Hit me up if you're interested I'm sure we can agree on a price. Hopefully you're near zip code 85120 since these are heavy and bulky.

The wheelwell forms the back of the box on both sides.

While I'm more of a topless '40 guy, I do have a hard top that came with the '67. Without going to all the trouble of dragging the top out of the CONEX, is a 67 top compatible with a 74 tub?

Not sure how the engine is in the 74. Or on the 2F in the 67 but would verify the late F engine before the 2F moving the 2F on. My FJ45 original engine was replaced by an earlier 2F. When the water pump failed I replaced it with a later water pump and update to a fan with a clutch. I have a 74 F engine. But have never run it. The 2F over the earlier F is definitely noticeable.

I took a pic of the engine number, but it was covered in gunk. I plan to clean it and get the number. It IS a 2F, however.
