Can't tell if they are vents. I am sure the hood scoop is to cool the dual coils.

And what about the lower quarter - dual tanks? If so, that is a pretty low fill. I imagine fuel would try to slosh out. And why not mention that in the ad?

Don’t forget the monstrous mirror bracket with the double mirrors. Might have enough room to mount more mirrors on there if the two aren’t enough.
