I see. It is a real fashion statement. Hopefully they are rated at high SPF. I’m going to hold out for this soft top to get finished.
I’m not terribly concerned if I look cool or not. My left arm gets fried.
Saw @cruiserdan and his lady sporting them, albeit, in much louder colors. Thought it was a sound idea. Went for it.

It’s grown from there. I guess we’re getting tired of poking fun at @sogncab so we needed a different target?

SPF = most

I don’t care what I look like either. I just thought that they would be hot but they are advertised as cooling sleeves. I need a cooling sleeve to wrap around the Cruiser.

I work USPS to even it out. Oooiieeee. RHD! 😆
I’ll show you my hard earned farmers tan.
Years ago a lady sitting next to me (in a church trustee meeting) was complementing me on my tan, how dark I was, I lifted my tee shirt sleeve maybe an inch and she let out a loud yelp.
Shock, horror, disgust I have no idea.

Does the Ouray KOA offer free ice to fill coolers?
That's a big Negative Mike. KOA will deliver firewood and ice to your campsite, have a restaurant on site, washers and driers are available also.
SAS will provide morning coffee at the Registration Tent each morning as well so bring your favorite cup with you.
We are hoping to arrive Sunday August 3rd and get Registration set up so folks can check in and get their swag bags.
Hope everyone has checked their brakes and safety gear for the trip.
See you Yahoo's in a couple of weeks.

I’ll show you mine if you show me yours. We can compare the contrast. 🤣

Back to pertinent content.
Gamiviti @nakman and Bob @devo are testing this years Thursday evening toast glasses. Be sure to get one because they go fast.
Much appreciation for our sponsors who always contribute Cool things for SAS.
Cheers!

We have a bunch of cool stuff for this years raffle and auctions that benefit Ouray Mountain Rescue.
All folks who are registered are eligible to purchase raffle tickets for this great organization.

These killer coolers are courtesy of @matzell
We apprecite folks that give back to the community so others can enjoy it as much as we do.

Wheels up early Friday is the plan. One hard day through the flatlands, hopefully night 2 somewhere in the mountains.
Nice! Safe travels, if you see a loaded 60 crossing the prairie with yankee plates, wave! We plan on departing from NYC at 0430 on the 31st July and rolling on to Ouray sometime early Sunday afternoon.

Wow! That is quite the haul.

We are going to nickel and dime our way up.

First night camp in Southern NM, second night in northern NM, then Saturday night in Colorado west of Creede somewhere.
