I’m all good on lug nuts for my 80.

I happened by a roadside junker in New Mexico, spoke with the owner and he gave me the six I needed. What a nice guy he was (is)!

Anytime @devo! Thanks for the surprise visit and the good cold Lager!

Things are starting to stack up here at the SAS world headquarters. Will be loading all this up in a few short weeks.

Once again @BigHighBlue 's lovely bride Martha and girls will be doing the kids raffle right before the main raffle this year. We need a head count for all Yahoo's attending 12 years and younger please. We want these guy to feel like they are part of the fun too. Please DM me so we can get this sorted.
Thanks, Casey..

Very fast. 24 days to go!
Shoot, I leave in 20 days to get there! I can not wait to see every one there.

Capital City Land Cruiser club is donating one entry to Fall Crawl at the Cove campground in Gore VA to the raffle. It will cover entry for event, camping fees and daily land use fees for one person and vehicle. This is great event that BBRC started 25 years ago and then handed the reins over to the CCLC. They are doing a great job with it and it is perfect time of year to see the trees in all their fall colors. This is all on private land too. I hope whomever wins it will be able to make the trip out East.

This sounds really fun, Rob! I am looking forward to Wednesday.

Is this trailer friendly?

I didn’t see anyone else answer. Engineer Pass usually entails coming up or down Mineral Creek. Personally, I wouldn’t want to take that setup through that portion. I think there would be a lot of dragging.

23 days to go and … I finally drove the 60 home after the engine swap! Took me a few days to get it tuned and idling (with lots and lots and lots of help). Will be pounding out break in miles, and probably next week I’ll go run a trail close by just to see how she does in that scenario. The important part is .. we’re on!

@cruiserdan If your looking to run engineer across from lake city to Ouray . You can do that with that set up . Use corkscrew pass instead of Mineral creek
on the Ouray side . Its a longer trip in miles but prob faster in time and much much smoother.

These trailers were specifically built to get dragged through the Australian Outback. It will probably go places I would not want to take it.

If you go through mineral creek, have someone behind to winch that trailer out the way. Take plenty of pics. I am sure it is doable but I would not want to do it.
