Found this earlier in my front panhard bracket. Going to need to fix that before hitting Colorado.

Sadly it's pretty common . How long you been chasing the death wobble? Your is cracked good. The delta kit fits okish inside one sucks .Also a good time to upgrade to a redhead box with a 105 shaft.

Literally the day after I’ve put on the delta control arms. I think the extra 1” offset from the L arms put enough stress on the bracket to crack it.

I don't think has anything to do with it JMO The front pan hard bushing have enough flex in them for the 1" offset, plus the crack is from stress from side to side movement.
I have my front axle moved forward 11/8" for the last 5 or 6 years with out issue. I think it's just luck of the draw. these trucks are getting long in the tooth.

On the other hand I ripped a control arm bracket lose on the front axle last year also a common issue.

How many? I have a few spares but they are chrome. Sometimes chrome don't get you home.

I’m all good on lug nuts for my 80.

I happened by a roadside junker in New Mexico, spoke with the owner and he gave me the six I needed. What a nice guy he was (is)!

I will be leading Poughkeepsie on Monday but we are already full.

I will lead a group over Black Bear on Tuesday morning, early. I have plenty of room for this run.

I am also running the Holy Cross trail a week after on 8/14 if you are still in CO. DM me if you are interested as this isn’t part of SAS.
