Rust under chassis (1 Viewer)

Hi All, first time poster - thanks for all the wisdom out there!

Looking at purchasing a 105 and it has some rust (photos attached) - the main concern is the rust around the left front (passenger) tie-down point (excuse the poor photo angle.) - I've circled in red.

Is this a common rust spot? any thoughts what caused it, would this be a concern? I'll try get a better photo later in the week but any initial guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for the initial feedback - yeah the photo isn't great - I should be able to get a couple of better shots this weekend. Any other "key areas" to look at under the chassis for rust or areas of concern? Thanks
