What about a crossmember at the very front to tie the horns together for extra support?

You gotta torque those knuckle studs everyday before you wheel and they will treat you right.

Truck looks good.

I have a front bumper that ties the front frame horns together. I learned the hard way by not torquing the nuts down the studs sheer. I already went over board and built 6 shooters. I will post pics this weekend

After being careless with knuckle studs i decided to make a six shooter steering arms and knuckles.

Like an idiot I thought I could take the tires off the rim. I used an old axle shaft that was cut down to mill rotors and a floor jack. Used the floor jack to push up on the forklift. After ten minutes of waisting my time I ended up spending $10 for a tire shop to dismount

Looks good. Did you tap and ream for stock studs and cones or did you go Dana 44 stuff?

Started working on the front bumper. I am stuck with sagnaw box with ram assist. I plan on moving the axle forward appx 7 inches to improve approach angle and gain wheel base. Cutting triangled braces down and moved bumper back appx 5 inches
