Frontrunner Slimeline 2 with expedition rails up front (so doesn't interfere with RTT) and I added a set of gutter mounts to handle more weight.
For OP, I wouldn't worry a ton about regearing at first especially since you are in FL which is pretty flat. I am on 35's with stock gears and in SoCal which has a bit of every terrain. Yes gears will help, but not as much of my 80 Cruiser mentality...just don't be in a hurry in the beast.
315s no lift...

315's, 285's are too small for a 2.5 lift, I know I had them for awhile....
It definately rubbed! I had it like that for a few days till I managed to swing by Utah and get my lift from @cruiseroutfit !Did it rub with 315s and no lift? Or was that just a "temporary" pic before you added the lift?

315’s will rub with stock suspension. 37’s will rub with a 3-4”” lift until proper spacers are installed. Anyone that says otherwise is a liar or an idiot.
If your tires ain't rubbin, they are too darn small!![]()
There is a fella in my neighborhood who, I haven’t met yet running those tires, it does look nice. I’d say they equate to being “34s”.OME 2.5 with Hankook 295 75 16
BFG and Nitto make similar sized tires - bigger than 33 but smaller than 35
