Looks good. A little paint and your set!

I have the same problem with my dogs. Took them for a ride in the pig last night. Got home and they would not get out of the truck;p Two hours later, they decided it was time exit:rolleyes: One time I forgot about them and five hours later my daughter asked where the dogs were :doh:

same thing here i forgot about them once as well kinda funny now

My doggies seem to be perfectly happy with just sitting in the driveway as well

Oh, good, it's not just me!

I had to rebuild my drivers door hinges as they'd worn out and were very sloppy, i hope they last.
i think i'll have to do the same to the passenger door soon.

how did you go about rebuilding the hinges? 3 of the 4 doors on my pig are sloppy, the one that isnt is the one where the lock itself was broken and the PO never bothered to pull it up with pliers to unlock the door. that door works perfectly.

Lore has it that:
A) If you replace the door hinge bushings, you lose the slop.
2. FJ40 door hinge bushings work on 55s too.
III.) Electrical shrink-wrap tubing works as bushing material as well.

bonzai;
So now you have a wind-winged, different colored door on one side, and the one-piece glass on the other side?
Most Excellent.
Do you find it difficult to close the driver side (one-piece) window all the way when driving on the freeway? I did.

Pighead:
I do have a problem closing the drivers side door. I figured
I needed to replace the bushings. Or tighten the screws.

5/16 i guess mine was egg out more than that.Drilled the outers to 3/8 to fit the center.
