Update:

Pistons 2 and 5 were hard to get out, the cylinder wall on these 2 were scratched. Is being worked right now.
It was an Oil Pump failure, I am getting a replacement right now shop.cruiserparts.net.

I am replacing rings and oil pump only, and fixing what got wear.

Update:
Parts I had to bought:

1) Oil pump.
2) 1 piston STD size.
3) All set of piston rings.
4) All engine gaskets.
5) Valve seals.
6) Bearings.

Removed an engine sleeve from a cylinder, there is a crack on the Block, will machine that and mount a fat sleeve to fix it.

Guys, any advise to break in my engine?
Looks like is going to be ready next week.

Use varying loads (don't set the cruise and drive for an hour), engine braking etc. You don't want to baby it, you want to work it a bit so the rings seat.

I labored my engine on a few hills within half mile from home to seat the rings or as above find a trailer and hills and make it work. Make sure you use a break in oil and dump the oil early with new filter in case there's some gremlins floating around. Diesels like being worked so drive it like you stole it.
