Truck is now running as of about two hours ago.

The connection to the alt. was indeed the issue...

Our long national nightmare is over....:grinpimp:

All hail TrickyT! Well done everyone.

Looks like Ruadrigh is buying TrickyT a beer when he comes to town next month! :D

I think we should all buy TrickyT a beer. Nice job. Rory, let me know when you want to make it pretty and I'll get you my stuff.

Nice going guys! Very well done!

So I guess this did not cause any kind of damage to the alt?

I think I might be able to do without it. I am going to create a new harness and will do away with the splices. But I'll let you know either way.

Excellent work and great catch Tricky T

Glad your up and running again Rory. Especially when you have handicaps like Dan, Onur and that crochety old guy who thinks he knows who's job is what :D

In case you didn't know Rory, those three stooges are all my friends so I know how much a handicap they really are.

Well Romer, they are my friends too...

and I agree :D

Although, Onur has some shining moments of selflessness and can be very generous. Example: I didn't want to work on the truck last night because it was damn cold and damn dark. He insisted and even left work early to help out. I don't wanna give him too much credit because it'll go to his head. So just to keep things in check I'd like to add that he is a scum-bag. :flipoff2:

Next time we are on the trail togehter Dan, please don't ask how the truck is doing. It all seemed to go downhill after that conversation. Maybe I didn't buy enough parts from you? I am real sorry about buying the antifreeze from Karl Malone Toyota, but they were on my way home from work. Won't happen again.

Now we are getting to the real culprit..............The Shaman:D
