For clarification please:
You have 2 charts on the for post, they seem to conflict in that one says
FAL-9/75-977 and the other FAL-9/71-83

Thanks for the heads up.

Fixed.

AAAAAAAHHHh.... I was looking at the wrong one. Most of them were wrong. Thanks for the warning. Again.

Thanks Skip. It's the first website I've done entirely on my own. Rainman's Cruiser Art is coming by the end of the week when the shirts are in.

Sitting here waiting for time to go to a party...

Off the top of my head I can only think of two. One on the front axle passenger side mounted to a bracket. Feeds the front axle long, front axle short and the flex line.

Similarly on the rear axle. Passenger side and I hope I remember correctly that it's a combo tee and breather that feeds the rear axle long, rear axle short, and the flex hose up to the chassis line.

I can't think of a third one off hand. At least not in the brake system.

Dug through old photos. Here is what I can find. 2 Tees, one front, one rear. There are a couple of hard to soft line junctions - I posted one example to be sure it wasn't what you were thinking.

What are the different benefits between the NiCopp and steel lines? NiCopp is obviously softer and won't corrode. Steel is harder (if that is a benefit).

I believe NiCopp is a great medium to use. Hard, but can be manipulated, can fix an incorrect bend or tweak it by hand if you must (though it's not THAT soft). Never rusts. Not too expensive. Looks really nice.

Stainless is very expensive, hard to bend, impossible to un bend, never rusts, looks really pretty if it matches other chrome in your vehicle. 4x4s tend to have CAD or Zinc plated parts so the NiCopp actually matches better IMHO.

Steel is the old stand by. It can corrode over time, it's tough, and cheap. It doesn't look very nice, but if you are wheelin', who cares? It's been getting the job done for decades.

My opinions. Not familiar with anything else.

Thanks!

What Vae said...!

He beat me to it. He's spot on though. The NiCopp really is all you read about it. I was skeptical at first but it really is amazing stuff to work with. I've considered burying a piece outside in the yard for a test. Maybe I'll do that today as a matter of fact......

And the point made about the lines matching much of the OEM hardware is right. I put these on 2NDCHNC for that very reason and loved how it came out. I like it much more than SS. (everything happens for a reason, right.)
