I tried it once, just glued all my nose hair in a wad.

Sure! Here is the rest of the headliner, and progress from yesterday. When I put in the grab handles, and seat belts, some wrinkles went away, couple more showed up. This is my second FJ55 Headliner, 4th overall...the rear corners are not 100% right, but maybe it is like drywall texture, only I would ever notice...

Drive a VW busWell. The Moviestar is done. I just got back from caravaning it from Colorado to New Orleans. Epic road trip. I'm told the rough cut of the documentary will be done by the end of july. Some pics, and a cool video for y'all.
somewhere in Lousianna
end of day 2. the Moviestar endured 1000 miles in 100+ weather. held together. This is taken in Mount Pleasant TX
This was from my shift on day 2. Top speed was limited by two factors. Engine temp would spike at anything above 60 (oddly, would drop to lower than normal range at a dead stop in 104 degree heat). 2nd factor was safety. What is vague and disconcerting steering at 55mph becomes sub-optimal and deeply un-nerving at 65, and is basically suicidal above 70. The mere hint of a cross wind at that speed feels like the USS Constitution has unleashed a full broadside upon the truck, and passing semi's create a slipstream capable of moving you laterally +- 5 feet.

Yes, I would be willing to knock a couple out. I'm thinking $75-100 for the set? Not nearly as nice as bobm stainless steel logo ones, but very close to the factory look.
Are you still thinking about making sill plates?
