Here I am, April 2020 removing an engine with the help of this thread.

Yes, victim #2 pulling an engine too! Due to crankshaft stuck, I am pulling everything together. I like the idea of lifting the body up, but I don't see how to do that in the driveway

Driveshafts are out, links to transmission are undone. Ground is out. Ready to pull, just need a friend and take off crossmember. ugh..

Pulling engine and transmission together, the FSM says to remove the center console and disconnect the linkage from the top. I've read a bunch of these threads and never seen that mentioned. Can it be done from below?

I have dropped my transmission and Tcase using a tranny jack and disconnected everything from below, from what I recall.
