As in...would they all have to be the same exact winch rather than 1 of these , 2 if these and 3 of these...

I like that the ComeUp has approx. a 20% faster line speed on that particular model.

Yeah they seem like really nice winches....I'd prob get one if I was buying today.

But I've also never found myself saying "dang my Warn winch is slow I wish it was 20% faster!" either :D

Probably not... But I know I've said "I wish I had an additional 3-400$ to blow on another modification".. HA!

Ya no doubt, it's a better buy....but I suppose but with less prestige, or something to that. I love my wireless controller...looks like it comes built into the ComeUp. Nooooice.

I got to see and play with a few of them and personally I was impressed. They have nice features, color coded connections, a wireless controller and lower amp pulls on motor than most in their class.

Out of curiosity. ....why that one?

Jason suggested the 9.5s, but I'd rather have the remote. Also, I've always liked external solenoids over integrated, specifically for the off-chance that if it fails, I can easily access it to jump it in an emergency.

Yes, and the external can be relocated and fit tighter and cleaner to the body as well.

ComeUp has been my go-to winch for 6 -7 years or so. I can verify that they kick ass, and on a 24v rig they haul like a winch should!

Only downside for me is that the Norwegian supplier is kind of leaving me out in the cold because I don't drive a pre built Arctic Truck.
I have gotten my needs filled through contacts on the army, witch kit their cruisers and MB with comeup.

Now my worries are gone, as TT will serve me from now on, awesome move, Jason!!!

Maybe my Christmas gift for myself will be the remote control kit!?! Can you verify that it fits a dv9 24v? PM me ;)

Hope it's ok that i add some ads here:

nope, I didn't paint it. It looks good from 10 feet but is beginning to show it's age.
I'm probably going to go back to one color just to keep things simple.
