Is it wrong that everyday at some point i open this thread and look at my truck?

NO!!! :D I would too with that beautiful beast!

I get burned out at work sitting in the middle of the ocean and come look at some pictures lmao.
Makes me feel better for a bit.

Wilburs front end is assembled, now 60 series front end SOA sitting on 80 series coils. Looks to me about an inch higher than when he was on leaves SUA (4" lift springs, SR, and Loooong shackles).

Surgery starting on the rear 60 series FF SOA and coil install.

I'm not real hip on the mismatched colored springs, but to get the height and spring rates we needed Ivan had to use two different companys hence orange and blue. At least it's Gator colors lol.

Anyone know of a 20-25 gallon tank that will fit between the rails behind the cab or in the wedge in front of the rear bumper? Ivan's working on getting me more than a 10G capacity tank and needed some recommendations. I know about the s10 blazer any other options that fit nice?

More as I get them.

Ok wasn't getting any feedback so I let it drop. Everything is in just tweaking the suspention a bit it was a bit squirrely in the back.

As he stands now.

From the rear. You can see the new 80l tank and skid plate in this shot.

Found some Yeti coolers that fell off a truck for $35 each so they've been hard mounted as toolboxes . Also racks for two 5 gallon jerry cans.

Ivans tweaking the rear suspention as it was way to light in the ass. He's replaced the bilsteins with some rancho 9000xl's and may have to swap out to a heavier rear spring for driveability. Last time home I went over and test drove it and anything over 40mph is a nightmare. Almost there though. Don't know how much i'll be playing with Wilbur right now as this just got delivered to the dealer and the weather is beautiful right now. 2013 Kawi ZX-14r 210hp and quicker than I have any business going lol.:grinpimp:

She looks great!!! Sweet deal on those Yeti coolers!... How did you mount them (bolts through the bottom)?

-Daniel Kent

We made a frame that the coolers and Jerry cans slip into. Then the yetis bolt through the bottom of the cooler with a big od washer with neoprene washers under the steel washers to cushion it a bit. Then the bolt go through the cooler the frame work and the bed.

We swapped in some stiffer shocks that didn't entirely fix the problem, so some heavier spring rate rear springs are going in now. Sure did flex great with the softies in there.

Thats really sweet, I will be interested to know if the heavier springs help, if you dont mind me asking, how much trouble was it to get the kawa here? In Tacloban there are very few big bikes, I just sold my super four and am looking for something else. BTW, seems like Ive been off too long, what happend to Rob. PM me if you get a chance...thanks Lee

Wilbur's home and playing well still have a few small issues to deal with ( charging system, springs overflexing) but overall I'm really happy. The heavy springs helped a lot but still flexed enough I threw one out the rear the first time off road. I'll see if I can find my bamboo bush fix picture lol ( I lifted the rear corner of the bed while my buddy stuck a 12" piece of bamboo in place of one of the rear coils and we drove on home).

As he sits now.

Wilbur got a little brother today. 2011 150 series prado named Arnold. Look for a future build in the 150 series forum. The kids seem to be playing well together lol.

Wilbur's getting some more TLC while I'm at work just tweaking the suspension a bit, new alternator, optima batteries, etc.
