Awesome response guys! Thank you. This is exactly what I wanted to know/hear...actual testimonials from guys who have experienced their product.

I very much appreciate your posts!

I've had good experiences with PartSouq as well, but I still prefer Toyota of Dallas. They ship very quickly with reasonable shipping costs, item costs are really competitive as well, and I've found total cost in the end is either equal to or less than PartSouq. I've ordered on Saturday and received Monday many times but maybe that's because I'm just one state away. I've been ordering from them with 100% success for years now.

Yeah always price check partsouq against the usual, Mcgeorge, camelback, TRDParts4u (Dallas), etc. because both shipping and the actual items cost vary a lot. I know for sure the 98-02 steering rack is a lot more from partsouq.

Also I don’t like to order from Toyota of Dallas, I live almost walking distance from it and they womtnpice match themselves. I have to order online and have them ship it 1 mile to me usually for an obscene price. I’m about to buy a new rack for my 2000, maybe they’ll do it on that.

They have been solid for me. I will price my order here and abroad and whomever is cheaper wins. They mainly win.

I try to do my business Stateside....but Partsouq often times will have a part that I can't find here or will have to wait awhile to get (or is ridiculously priced). I'm not even a 'frugal' person...but I have my limits based on principle.

I've always gotten legit OEM parts from them and in almost every case...will receive my order BEFORE parts I had ordered Stateside on the same day. I don't know how they do that?

Over the weekend I tried to buy some OEM ball joint boots. I went to my usual supplier in VA and placed an order. I got an email stating there were no parts in the US and that the order may take over two weeks to ship. No problem, just jump over to Dubai and place an order there. Strange how parts cost less from a far away place. Not a huge amount. $27.38 vs. $33.01. Must be something about the exchange rate. While i pay more in shipping, the parts prices are very low compared to ordering the same part in the US. I ordered boots from both suppliers just for kicks.

Let's see which one arrives first.

The Partsouq order has already shipped at 6:30 AM -- less than 24 hours after ordered.

Package is on the FedEx 777 headed for Memphis to be delivered Thursday morning.

Where else can you get 2 day shipping from 1/2 way around the world for C H E A P. I have yet to find another example. Hell, the shipping is always cheaper than US shipping, which is ridiculous.

I just received the order I placed on April 20th. The shipping ($18) was cheaper than the shipping on the shocks I ordered from Norwalk Toyota ($19), which is located in the neighboring state. Granted, washers and misc other parts are lighter than the shocks. With the much lower price (on those specific parts) at partsouq, it was still cheaper to pay shipping at both places than order it all from Norwalk.

I always order the heavy parts like front driveshaft assys from McGeorge or a US based supplier.
But I always order all the light parts like bolts, washers, tie rod ends from Partsouq.
The Partouq parts usually arrive first via UPS too.

Just placed my first Partsouq order.

Replacing my Heater T’s and respective hoses (12 clips, 6 hoses 2 T pieces) AND replacing fluid in Diffs and Trans Case thus new gaskets and plugs.

Posted in other threads as well trying to reach as many as possible, A big -1 here, new customer to partsouq i tried to order dashboard meter for a 40 series, got cancelled 2 times. 3rd time i ordered the dashboard meter when it was available again and 2 engine mounts, what they did is they now shipped me only 1 engine mount and no dashboard meter, so only partially filled order without notifying me beforehand.
Contacted customer service and they are saying they hold the right to ship a partially filled order, even if it showed available before. So you can order parts from them and God knows what they will ship to you, what a joke.

Very sad to hear that you have had this rough experience – it is the first real dissatisfaction expressed in this thread of 33 posts and in most other similar posts from around the world. It makes you wonder if someone in Partsouq Dubai was having a bad ‘customer service day’ in your case. I have had better luck – no complaints so far in various dealings with Partsouq -- my own experiences align with the other reports here and I will continue to use Partsouq when needed. My aim for my LC100 series parts is to buy through local dealers unless no availability or unless local prices are ridiculous, then look at the overseas on-line sellers such as Partsouq (UAE), Megazip (Singapore), Amayama (Japan) and various USA sellers. I look for a place of business with a name, a physical address, an e-mail address, their own website, a phone number, and good reviews. I have been burnt by a few fraudulent eBay sellers but I knew the risks. Yes – I have experienced split orders and deliveries from suppliers depending on stock availabilities, other confusions etc, etc. It can be frustrating but in the case of Partsouq, Order Tracking and communication to me have been good and I usually choose DHL for good Delivery Tracking from Dubai to my front door. I figured I was warned in advance in the Partsouq Policies and their Terms & Conditions of Sale which are quite clear. As part of doing business, I do read these things – they favour the seller as most sellers do and they are not that unusual – and I could choose to accept these terms by proceeding with my purchase or I could go elsewhere.

In some cases, refund will be only for cost of items, because item could be very light and it will not affect the shipping charges, couriers charges minimum criteria of 1 KG”.

Hope you get some satisfaction if Partsouq has not met their obligations in your case.

Partsouq has been great for me so far. I put hub flanges on my wish list and I was notified they were available, then I ordered and it was canceled. Guess someone else got their order in before me.....either way wishlisted them again, got notified a week later, ordered and the part should arrive today. Insane they get here from the middle east in a week or less for cheaper than anywhere else.

I have ordered quite a bit of small parts from them and all seem to be genuine. Even with shipping it's cheaper than Toyota Parts Deal on everything I've ordered.

Pricing is great but I've found that by the time I add in the crazy shipping, I'm just as well or better off going through a local special contact with access to Mr T's parts.

I just priced out 4 new door seals last night and 4 of the little plastic caps to cover roof rack holes.

Small, lightweight parts. Maybe a pound or two in material. $240 parts cost. $150 shipping.

Nah.

Yes, they aren't going to call you on the phone and personally let you know an item is out of stock, BUT they have one of the easiest to access and understand 'account/order' information sections I've used. So IF you stay on top of your order.....you should know exactly what is going on and why. They also refund (immediately) any unfilled orders or items.

At times....they will have listed as in stock an item that is very popular or sometimes one that is obscure when in fact it has run out of stock. This happens with ALL businesses from time to time as 'inventory' just gets away from them and the true count is inaccurate.

But in my experience they are far and away more reliable than just about any dealership I have ordered from Stateside over the years, so I still give them a big thumbs up.

The only supplier I have found to be more accurate and reliable is CruiserOutfitters.....but nobody is better than them....we know that.

The other thing to realize is that you were ordering parts for an incredibly old vehicle. While I understand that they "showed" they had the items, with something like that I personally would have sent an email to verify before purchasing. For newer stuff this is not as large a deal as most of the stuff for 100s and even later model 80s has not hit that "unobtanium" status.

Yeah it sucks that they only partially shipped and cancelled multiple orders, but I guess at that point I would have started looking more locally for the stuff vs. trying again. I have ordered a good couple thousand dollars from them at this point with smaller pieces and different items, still have items in my wishlist on my account that I will eventually order, and have not had any detrimental experiences. I realize that it will happen at some point, and really if it is the case where I need something SOON I will likely purchase more locally to ensure that I have someone (east or west coast) that I can call and find out for sure.

And definitely second the recommendation on Kurt and his crew at Cruiser Outfitters. They probably buy bulk items from Partsouq for different things, like hub flanges, simply because they know that customers will need them and it is not a part that is going to sit on their shelf for years.

I’m another defender of Partsouq.
I just ordered some tailgate panel plastic plugs & they arrive tomorrow.
It just amazes me that you can order parts for a 20+ year old car from halfway around the world
at a price that is usually around half of what US dealers charge plus the parts arrive quicker than
when ordered from US dealers.
For small & light parts, Partouq is my first ”go to”.
Nowhere is perfect but I have always found the service from Partouq to be top class.

I love them, everything is about 1/4 of the price that others do here in europe. Even with the 33% taxes I have to pay + shipping, it's well worth it. And they're fast. 6 days door to door here.
My only concern with them is recent, they seem to be selling out more and more 100-series parts & not stocking/carrying them anymore:(
