WORD! :grinpimp:

so the little stuff gets to be a bit tedious...

a couple wiring details. on a 3.4 there are two different MAFs.
the early trucks use one similar to a GM, like on a TPI camaro or something.
the later ones use a drop in, this is what i chose. primarily for the pricing.
the old style retails at over 500$, the drop is style is 130$ my cost. kind of a no brainer.

my engine harness was from a 98 taco. this uses the old style MAF.
i had to repin the MAF harness connector. pretty easy.
you can see in the pics the different placement of the gold signal pin.
pic one is before.
pic two is the after
pic three is MAF installed

AGAIN sorry for the s*** no macro pics

showing the hose routing.
i made a custom deal for the PCV hose.
the fuel pressure reg vacuum line and EVAP line

the intake turned out cool, i put the fittings on the backside so the ugly hoses arent bastardizing your eyes

showing the body harness mod.
first pic is the 4runner harness plugs, now i didnt get the 3.0 motor harness with this truck. if you remember thats why i got that other plug housing from a 3rd gen truck because its way more common than the one year only plug the 4runner uses.

second pic shows the queer plug

last pic shows the two connectors i use and the old weird one.

exhaust stuff. i had dans muffler make me a couple of slight bends and a couple flares. then i went home and cut them up and welded them back together in the form of this two into one collector.
added the O2 bungs, and yes i dont have a cat, which will throw a lite until i trick the ECM

everything from the collector back is from the old truck too. nice to save a few bucks here and there.
