I'm a Cruiser head, and I don't just enjoy Land Cruisers, but all Toyota 4X4s. We have many Cruisers in the area and even more 4Runners, Tacomas and mini trucks. But I seldom see regular meetups or local wheeling trips, let alone a group effort to go out to Rubithon, or other bigger trips. Part of that comes from no real organized club that caters to our rigs and what we want to do in particular. I look to the south of Jackson and Josephine counties and find them represented quite well by a TLCA chapter in Pacific Mountain Cruisers. To our north, Cascade Cruiser and Central Oregon Cruisers.

Where is ours?

You are all invited to come Saturday, October 12th at 10am. @Firemedic831 has set up the historic Butte Creek Mill in Eagle Point for us to meet at. I will provide a snack (probably donuts). We can get to know eachother, put some faces to rigs, and discuss creating our own TLCA Chapter that represents us. One that we can wheel together with, and hopefully one day host an event to show what wheeling in Souther Oregon is about.

I encourage you all to share it with other Toyota 4X4 owners you may know in the area and invite them to come. If you are a member of another forum for Toyotas, feel free to post this there. I don't imagine that we will have this all figured out in a single meeting, but it's one gathering closer. I hope to meet you there!

This is great news 🤩

Cool to see the interest on this. My family has fond memories of wheeling and camping with the JSC and PMC crew. Unfortunately we didn't go wheeling with the kids as much as we should have.
