Hey all, been in the 60 Series lane for a while and now it's time to get into serving the 80 series community with a larger group of vendors and more opportunity to produce products that really mean something to us and fill a need with our trucks. This is just an introduction for now, but I am happy to answer any questions about orikawa happenings here and will be showing new developments as well.

That being said, I've done the 60 series door panels and storage panels with great success - 100% OEM fitment, color matched powder coat, and unique features made possible with aluminum construction.

I showed 80 series prototypes off with Higgys Offroad @Cruiserhiggs Big Booty Judy 80 series at Overland Expo West two weeks ago and they were a hit. Now they're up on the ORIKAWA WEBSITE ready for order. Door panel specific questions or discussion can go here or in the Vendors Product Section thread.

Looks good, and the price on your website seems reasonable, too.
Any thoughts/plans on doing a passenger rear quarter (or full rear quarter panel set) on the 80? The idea has bounced around for years, but I haven't seen anyone produce one yet.

Interesting product and great looking bling, too.

Yea I will definitely look into the area and see what is possible

I've gotten a few questions about rattles/noise and seals recently. This design is based on the ones made for the 60 series and uses the same mounting and gaskets and inner window felt.
- Bulb gasket around the perimeter
- Inner window felt keeps the window aligned and stable
- Mounting: Well-Nuts are a type of rubber expanding 'Rivnut' which isolates and damps any vibration

100% bolt in, no mods needed (1/4" spacer required for some deeper aftermarket speakers), rattle free, tight OEM-like fitment.

These panels are 2mm aluminum and between the gasketing and pressed features (rigidity) they produce no noise and butyl rubber sound damping could be added if you wanted to further decrease cabin noise.

Hope this helps!

Been asked a few times recently so here's a reminder - the MOLLE tabs can be easily pushed out from the back prior to installing the door, or pry it forward if it is already installed and then slip the bag/pouch over the tabs to secure. If you want to secure the bag on the door panel, push the tabs back into the door and your bag will stay put!

(these are demo plasma cut, the production units are all laser cut and much cleaner)

80 series tailgate finally got attention!! Up on the website now ! Thank you for your patience.
Orders ship within 30 days.

2 Door design. 360* Support to the doors. Bolt in Doors (going to be the standard for all products once updated). Flush Button Cam Latch (new standard).

Keep the solid center support of the original tailgate and have access to the outer portions of the cavity.

Not shown:
- seal mounted on the door: seal won't get abused as you move gear in and out of the space (new standard for all products once updated)
- seal around the mounting perimeter
- mount hole pressings: current standard on all products. Recess the hardware heads for smoother surface.
- pressed-in studs to mount hinge: not visible from the exterior / powder coated for a clean appearance.
