@gasman4u Sugar, spices, apple cider vinegar. Super simple google search for Cowboy Candy. I completed it outside just in case the fumes were toxic. It’s definitely a hot item!
Thanks! That’d be an awesome topping for some grilled chicken, burgers, brats, etc!!!

Mmmmmmm….so good it burns twice!

Brats this weekend on Friday night at Fall Crawl. Great idea!!

Pulled and processed the habaneros before the frost got em last night. One of those things is not like the other one. It’s a little difference that makes a big impact. Lol

I’d eat it !

I haven't seen a knife like this since Old Country Buffet!!!

I can't watch that due to work, but will tonight :)

Our local butcher shop sells Marlin knives (white handle like that), but uses Victorinox. Victorinox has kind of a cool BBQ set with bag that I picked up, but its a lot of BIG meat knives :) Butcher shop uses this for 99% of their work:

We own fancy knives, but since getting a few Victorinox, I just use them instead and keep the fancy ones in the block LOL (thought about trying to sell, but that is a mess).

The Victorinox stuff really is a great deal considering the price. I have tons of their paring knives instead of steak knives. That flexible boning knife gets a lot of use here, too. Cook's Illustrated has hyped the Victorinox chef's knives for years. Their stuff is easy to sharpen.
