I just thought this was super cool and wanted to share -

I never thought much about where an online purchase goes when it is returned - then I was told by a co-worker that many of the things end up trashed, or sold elsewhere. Like this place! We all look for parts in scrap yards and pullaparts but why not for anything needed for the home? I'm sure there are places like this all over; of course we have local discount places that take truckloads of donated goods from big box stores. But this place deals just about solely with online retailer returns.

Ok who wants to do Everest with me in a toyota??? lets get this moving 2022 will be the year.
We will need to use electric motors, otherwise the glow plugs in the carburators will foul up.

This task doesn't look like too much fun. Winching that beast on that steep of a grade gives me the heebie-jeebies.
[don't turn it up too loud all you can hear is the mosquito buzz of the drones they're trying to launch]

Meh, they just turned the camera to make it look bad for the gram.

I’d like to hear the pros and cons of teenage drivers having dash cameras.

My oldest gets her license next month. While I believe she’ll be a cautious driver, I imagine she’ll be involved in an accident. I suspect most cops will automatically assume a new driver would be the one at fault but wonder if it a dash camera might come in handy to prove it was due to the other driver, if that really was the case. Any thoughts?

Yes, dash camara, excellent option . Too many stupid drivers out there.

Agreed, that and teaching Defensive driving 101. Always be looking for an escape route from present course, it becomes habit. It has saved me on many occasions over the years. That and bumpers all the way around :)

I don't think there are really any considered to them. Just remind her to hide it when leaving the car and put it back up before driving again.

To the contrary ... My camera runs 24/7. I don't know the stats but a good portion of hit-and-runs happen while vehicle is parked. As for a teen driver, a definite yes. Be sure to get both front and rear views and a good sized mem chip.
