"Owens told investigators he accidentally ran over the Codds as they were trying to get his truck out of a ditch"

People say that vehicle recovery safety is important? Well, how important is it really?

Well, if you get it wrong, the owner of the truck might accidentally run you over, then dismember you and burn the body parts in their wood stove. Like this guy in Asheville:
Man admits killing Food Network contestant and husband, burning bodies in wood stove

You don't usually hear family statements that are so earnest I guess:

"We can only hope that he suffers for the remainder of his life on Earth and again as he rots in hell," the statement said.

At my work, we bring in goats for sustainable vegetation management in places we can't bushhawg. They just got deployed yesterday and overnight some wild family dogs got in there and started killing them. In all, they got 10 out of 20. They didn't eat any, just killed them for fun. I got to notify the vendor. I also helped them extract the carcasses. An unusually busy Sunday, and I almost heat stroked, but I'm ok now.

Oh no! That is sad, mindless killing is not typical normal animal behavior. Only rabid animals or humans do that. You must be stressed out, but when you get a chance, look up flock guarding dogs like Great Pyrenees. I know the great pyr carolina rescue organization, these dogs usually roam free with herds of sheeps or goats and keep predators out. Big dogs, don't eat much, and very active at night.
I feel sorry again for that senseless massacre....

The goats were really more like pets than livestock to the owners, so they were upset. They have at least one of those Pyrenees. They told me the name but I couldn't remember until you posted.

The animal control guy said domesticated dogs going feral can be one of the worst because they just get mean and their behavior isn't necessarily survival based.

That's horrible. Can't imagine having to deal with that. This is why my dogs would be eaten by a goat not eating the goat.....

That is sad and the guard dogs a a great idea. ..but there are lots of other animals that kill for no reason, even dolphins. It's crazy out there sometimes.

I don't know why but this makes me think of the South Park where they keep telling the joke:
Do you like fishdicks?
Then you're a gay fish!
And they got P Diddy with it, and angrily refutes that he, "ain't no gay fish!"
But by the end of the episode he realized he is s gay fish and does a song and goes swimming with them

Edit:. It was Kanye, not Diddy.

Dolphins are just gay sharks, proof:

As an avid south park fan I feel the need to correct you that it was Kanye and not P Diddy ;)

because they both suck, and have made bazillions of dollars?

We have a bad feral cat problem around my house with several Toms around damaging my house and terrorizing my fixed outside cat.

All I can say is that for some reason the number is dwindling. :meh::hillbilly:

That guy is like when you used to go places with your folks and they were being embarrassing and you tried to hang back and pretend like you weren't with them.

Those things sure look cool, but damn, it's kind of sad.

Yup .. if I hadn't been late for what was supposed to be my last day in the office as an employee, I might have stopped to see if I could help him ... and rub in that diesel JDM cruisers never leave you stranded :flipoff2:

Or contact a kitchen remodeling company, they generally have used ranges from most jobs they are trying to get rid of.
