Got this trailer yesterday.

Already thinking of silly ways to modify it. :)

So you can be #1 in the #2 Bidness

Sweet. I was just talking about needing a friend with an enclosed trailer ;)

That looks like a nice one.

@tgadd - yes. That cardboard box was used to keep the 40" tire from rolling away while I had it propped up against the trailer. Don't worry, I'm using a brick for the actual wheel.

@Rice - no. Thankfully this trailer only needs about 7-8 inches of drop.

You returned it to your Toyota dealer who didn't need it and returned it to Toyota. Then I needed like 40 of them and one of them was this one.

You returned a $13 dollar part?

:confused:

I never got it, they never called me to tell me it was in, that was Scott Clark. I have been waiting for it and forgot about it since Stan installed my spare in my truck! I need to re-order i guess. Scott Clark has one really good parts guy, the rest are pretty much absent.

I'd have wrapped some of those sprouts. Give me a long term update on that PartyQ, or at least remember to tell me about next weekend.
I almost forgot to answer this question that you asked a year ago... Okay, technically I did forget... The PartyQ was worth every penny that I spent on it. You'll have to replace the batteries pretty often (like, you get 2 long smokes for 4 AA's...) because they drive a fan and do Science and stuff... But the thing works and is very convenient. I'm glad I went with the PartyQ and not the DigiQ.

I found this because I was checking to see if anyone had opinions on the temperature monitors that they like. While the PartyQ is great at regulating temp to ensure it doesn't get too low, it doesn't do crap for going too high. For me, this means that if I have the upper vent open too much (technically called the Dual Function Metal Top), the egg will get too hot regardless of the PartyQ, so a temp monitor is good insurance.

My Maverick ET732 is malfunctioning so it's time to replace it. I'm sure it's my fault... Both the transmitter and receiver are partially melted... The ET733 is out, is it any better than the 732?

@CharlestonG8R
I just bought an additional 732 since I've been pleased with the first. Didn't do too much research either time. Wish I had remembered to buy a different color. You should buy a white one and we'll swap!
See, I was ready to pull the trigger and then I noticed this: App-Enabled Thermometers

My 732 has worked well, although the controls were never as easy to use as my cheap Walmart $10 single probe monitor... But that thing is long gone.
