Oh man. Looks like I have s*** to do next weekend....

I didn't know that this existed, but now I want it. So many things I want...

If it weren't for the word "want" I wouldn't be in business :D
Works with ARB compressor too? I'd prefer electric to belt.

Which part? If the Shelf then yes, native mounting. If Air Manifold then yes, its just the hose and some wiring if you want the low pressure switch to work. I use 3/8" hose though so keep that in mind.

Got the hose kit from the filter to the Air Manifold AND the filter to the compressor worked out. The filter has been selected and just waiting for the clamps I'm using to arrive. Then some test fitting and off to the races cuz I'll have COMPLETE on-board-air system for the 80!!!

I think I'm going to make Mounting the filter easier on me, and you. I have a different manufacturer's clamp on its way to replace this cheapy one I have here. Plus it needed to be better sized. Doh!

But assuming this works out the way I want, this will be ready to go.

Hopefully everyone got their Air Manifolds by now. I'd love some feedback. Anything I can do to improve on it?

I hope to play with it this weekend and see how everything fits(not sure if it's been delivered yet) . I still need the coalescing filter, probably a t-fitting and a regulator. Can I buy the viair regulator through you? I'm coming up on week 5 of the 4-6 week delivery on my wkor sliders, so hopefully they show up and I can figure out the tank mount :)

I'm actually not using Viair's regulator, I'm using Norgren's. For what it does either is probably fine. I should throw the regulator up on the site though. :hhmm:

Speaking of which, I should get moving on the other two tank mounts.

Yes and yes ;). The slider mount doesn't look to bad so I figured I'd take a shot at it, unless you can bust it out in the next month. I'm going to Colorado after the 4th of July and I'm hoping to have it installed installed and thoroughly tested by then.

Hmm, well let me see what I can do. I'd like to gang it with another project I'm working on.

Quick test fit/mockup and I have a small issue unique to my particular install. I have my acr switch mounted on the battery box pretty tight to the fender. The fuse holder is in direct contact by a good 1/2" in 2 directions. My acr has basically zero slack on the "in" wire, so moving it would be a hassle. I think if I rotate the fuse holder to the left and Notch that part of the bracket, it should fit. Otherwise I could probably move the fuse holder to a totally different location. The next issue would be the inlet from the compressor being about 1" from the acr switch. I'm sure a low profile 45 degree fitting would clear. Any idea what you're going to use for fittings from the compressor? Hopefully the pics make sense. The 2nd one is just the switch holder rotated as I explained.

I don't know if it is possible with your installation but I used the manifold end closer to the battery for a 90* to the air tank rather than the bulkier AN fittings I was using from the coalescing filter. That might buy you a little more space near your ACR.

Dry fitted mine this afternoon. No obvious issues. There appears to be sufficient clearance for all the cables and pipework...
I'm trying think of a clever way to utilize the hole in the airbox left over from the PAIR delete as the intake for the compressor air supply.

Nice!

The pair is just like a 1" nipple right? Can you take a pic of it?
