All four mounting options for the air coupler brackets. I've done four designs because each of these solve a mounting scenario that I've run into over the years. I can't go into production right now because I have too many things going on but give me about a week and these will go into production.
A few features:
• Straight mounting bracket- for surfaces where you can't mount a 90º bracket or where you need to mount under a fender
• Right angle mounting bracket- for horizontal surfaces or vertical if you want to have the coupler pointed straight up or down
• U-shaped mounting bracket- for bumper mounting or someplace where you almost guaranteed to step on it where the air coupler could be damaged
• Dual air/power mounting bracket- for attaching an air coupler and an Anderson SB-50 plug with an environmental boot
• 1/8" Stainless 316 for the best of anti-corrosive benefits
• Parker push-to-connect Quick Coupler
• Parker bulkhead fitting
• 3/8" Pnuefit fitting
• Environmental boots for both the air coupler and the Anderson SB50
• All 316 mounting hardware included

Ok after giving this air manifold design a whole lot of thought, I've decided that it would be far more beneficial to add the power switch to the manifold, by default, instead of having everyone try to figure out their own switch solution. Not that you can't run your own in-cab switch solution but the more I've been thinking about and talking to others that use their York systems, I'm going to add the power switch to the manifold bracket. So small delay to get this one out there but I can't shake this feeling that it needs to be there. I'll do one more CAD pass and then calling it a day and sending this thing out for production.

Quick update. Version #1 of the quick coupler mounting kit is test and finalized.
Air Coupler Flat Mounting Bracket has been machined as a one-off so I can test it and so far I'm really liking it. This particular bracket is best for edge mounting surfaces where damage isn't a likely issue. This can be mounted out of the way somewhere but still easily accessible. Material is 316 stainless to bed guarantee zero corrosion from water, salt or chemicals.
Brackets available by themselves or as a ready made kit that includes bracket, mounting hardware, bulkhead fitting, air coupler, 3/8" push to connect fitting, 15ft of 3/8" nylon 11 tubing and air coupler dust cap.
The tiny hole off to the side is for a stainless steel lanyard in case there is a need. No pricing or availability yet as I'm still waiting on a few components but here is where this piece is as of now.

Here is the second option for an Air Coupler 90deg Mounting Bracket. This one is ideal for an area that has a flat mounting surface but still in a relatively safe location. The 90deg bend makes it simple for mounting pretty much anywhere using the supplied hardware.
This is another one-off just for testing.

Aaaaand here is the next Air Coupler U Mounting Bracket which is ideal for bumper mounting or anywhere it's likely that this could be stepped on. The other two designs have the Air Coupler cantilevered off the bracket. Not an issue unless it gets stepped on the things aren't happy. Well if you know this will be going into the bumper or some other hazardous area, this might be the way to go.
316 stainless is a very hard steel and is very corrosion resistant to pretty much anything you can throw at it. But because of the extra hoop around the front it'll hold up better if you wind up stepping on it.
This particular mount will get one small change that I noticed while I was assembling the kit.

And the pièce de résistance! Here is the AirCoupler and Anderson SB50 power connector with environmental boot.
This bracket secures and protects both the Air Coupler and Power Connection. Since this is for the sb50 connector it's limited to 120A. It's a bummer I didn't get the correct boot for the Air Coupler for these pics but I really didn't feel like waiting

OK this should complete all of the air/power brackets that I will be producing. I'm trying to get all of these done and worked out so that I can concentrate on all of the other stuff. Baby steps

Finally got the air coupler and Anderson bracket kits onto the site. They will start shipping by 4/21 or sooner based on the new info I'm working with: OBA Accessories from Wits' End

Getting ready to assemble and wire the first Air Manifold. They are all out of the metal shop and going to powder coating tomorrow. This one I'm putting together so that I can prep all of the wiring harnesses.

I just had a few questions from folks asking if the Viair compressors can fit on the shelf WITH the 2.5g tank in place. The answer is yes but I did not include the hole spacing for those because there were too many possibilities add some holes would run into each other. So while it is possible you will need to drill a few holes for your application.
I don't need this.....but I want it after seeing the process of development. Amazing work.
