22.5” front, 23” rear. I just have the TJM bumper without a winch. I’m not understanding how your front could be lower with a 25 mm preload and a 10mm spacer.
Also, what rear springs do you have and how loaded were you when u measured?

Nothing wrong with a bit of rake.
Gives you more available down-travel for holes/drops compared to your neutral ride height. Plus if you load up the back, you’ll level out rather than squat rearward.
I’m at 20mm with no strut spacer and very heavy...so I’m almost surely more raked than you. Not a bad thing. These trucks come from the factory a bit raked anyway...

He’s running a stock rear bumper...so he’s light in back compared to his added bumper in front. Even 2721 coils lift the rear without much weight.

I’m the same way. TJM front, stock rear, 2721. When I talked to Slee about how to get a little more lift in the rear, he wasn’t too sure if I would really get much more lift with the truck empty by going to the constant rate spring and heavier springs. It was more about how heavy I planned on being (gear, bumper, etc). So that’s why I went with spacers on the 2721s. Now curious about what spring @GreyLuxN80 is running.
I'm running OME Dakar leaf in the rear. also I got a ARB summit rear bar and still have some rake, don't get me wrong i got nothing against some rake I'm just trying to figure out if there's something wrong with my front shocks or if its a bp51 thing to have some amount of rake. It has me thinking about getting a winch and a dual battery setup because i dont want the front to have 3 inches difference from the back. Maybe im being nitpicky.
Yes, dont get me wrong I'm not against having some rake but I'm just trying to figure out if theres something wrong with my front shocks since I'm seeing all these people running setups very similar to mine or heavier and are still able to keep their front end a couple inches higher without compromising preloading to much or adding a spacer.

I'm as puzzled as you are. The front ends of our 200's seem to be about the same weight but my truck stands 1/2' taller in the front with less preload and no spacer. That doesn't compute in my head. Part of it would be related to your rear being set up taller than mine which would tend to push the front end down but I would think that would be minor compared to preload setting plus spacer.

I just put the full bp-51 kit with “medium” OME leaf packs in my 07’ Tacoma regular cab.
I ordered the kit from Shock Surplus. When I was planning this with them I told them we were trying to achieve no more than a 2” lift because I don’t plan on going up to larger tires and don’t want to do new UCAs The 4cyl is already a pig on stock tires.
The lift I ended up with was 3” in the front and 5” in the back. The coilovers came set at about 5mil of preload. I have an ARB front bumper and a leer cap, nothing else.
I’m trying to figure out how to bring this thing back down to the 2” range.
I could lower the pre-load to 0mil but then the rake would be even worse. I could go higher but it would look ridiculous on the stock size KO2s, and require UCAs.
The guys at Shock Surplus had told me it was possible to adjust the pre-load with the suspension on the truck. The manual and the ARB tech support team disagree. Has anyone managed to adjust pre-load while they are on the truck?
For the back, I’m at a total loss for what to do. The Shock Surplus crew says it will break in. I don’t see that it’s possible for it to come down to 2” from 5”. What’s the play to fix this?
It does drive pretty darn nice though

I just received the last of the parts for my BP-51 lift with 2722 springs. My 200 is stock other than a prinsu rack, rock warrior wheels, and ko2 tires. No bumpers, no winch. I will end up with budbuilt sliders soon, they are being powder coated now.

@Bias Rutus The manual states that a USA (petrol) Land Cruiser with no accessories should be set at 0mm preload to achieve a 40mm to 50mm lift (around 1.5" to 2").
@Eric Sarjeant Do you have recommendations for preload for a stock LC with no accessories. In some videos you mention that a 5mm preload will provide a 2" lift. Would a 0mm preload provide a 1.5" lift? In your experience, what works best for stock LCs?
