60 an a 62
i have 2 cruisers for sale. an 85 fj60 and a 89 fj62.my intention was to take the bad 62 body off its frame and put the good 60 body on it. the 60 frame is rotted. the 62 frame has been gusseted on the passenger side in the rear. it wasnt rotted bad but did it just to be safe. the frame has mostly been por15. it has 89000 on it. the harness is still in tact on the truck. also comes with a set of 6 old man emu dakar 3 inch springs. 2 different sets for the front in case you add a winch and heavy winch bumper. tons of extra parts. dont have the time so gave up on project. the tires and wheels on the 62 are not included. i need to find some rollers for it. $2000 for the package.

I have a 1988 62 steering box with the pitman arm on it. No drag link or tie rod though. $50 plus the ride.

Parting Out a 1972 FJ40 Land Cruiser LandCruiser
I've decided to part out my 1972 FJ40. I'll post pix soon. I'll give the my YT friends first chance before going on Craigslist and the regular Mud classifieds.
It's a rust bucket, for sure, but I had the engine running this past week for 20 minutes. Compression is 105 on all 6 without any unusual noises. The 3spd tranny and t/case were operational last time I used it for plowing 3-4 years ago, no reason they wouldn't be OK now. I'm keeping the axles and springs for now unless someone wants the whole truck.
Four stock wheels, rusty but solid. - $75.
Three core solid radiator that doesn't leak (cap included). - $50.
Spare three core radiator that looks OK, but I didn't test it. - $30
Transmission and transfer case. - $75 each (or take them both for $100).
Long Block F engine with Head - $100.
(I will be stripping parts off it like carburetor, alternator, ignition, starter, distributor, fuel pump, head, etc. if no one steps up for it complete.) PM me your interests for the parts off of it if you don't want the whole motor and its attachments.
Engine with Tranny & T-Case for $250.
Windshield & frame with good glass. Frame is trash $25.
Hood with some rust through. $30.
Instrument cluster needing refinishing. SOLD
Heater Core. $20.
Heater Blower. $20.
Brake master cylinder. $20.
Clutch master cylinder. $20.
If you need something else, PM me and I'll let you know if it's available and the price.
I'll probably discount some if you buy more than one item and/or I don't have to disassemble and/or ship.

Here's some pictures of my prized possession. Plus it comes with 4 SEMI Flat Tires, not the 4 empties Bob was drinking after the Pats game (or the 3 Stooges rerun he was watching).
As much as I'd like to keep the axles for a future Sammy project (which will never happen), I've decided to let someone drag it all out of my yard with the diffs, axles and spare radiator for only $500 Firm. (You know you've seen some not much better on Craigslist for 3-5 times that money.) You know you want it, you know you have to have it. I'll consider trades too - parts, toys or labor :>)
I'm also thinking a VIN plate for a '72 along with the matching stamped frame section is probably worth a bit to someone in CA to avoid the emissions hassles that one encounters for a newer 40.

No one wants the '72 LC for $500 for the parts? You can strip it and then recover much of the investment for scrap value. I guess I will have to post it up on Craigslist.
