After getting our '85 BJ73, the "93 has become an extra car we don't need. I'm posting it here for sale first, for $5000.00. Later I'll put it on CL. The Gotham City guys were lusting after the driver side rear door. Well, here's your chance to have all four doors and the tail gate to boot. ;) Photos here Facebook PM me if you have questions or need more photos.

Give it a rest all ready!

Been doing better since I posted it up on over the main Mud page. It's amazing all the little parts folks want and they dont give me any crap about the price. :flipoff2: But you probably already know that.

The drum brake front end?

Engine, transmission, transfer case and a bunch of other little stuff besides the disk brakes.

Not only that, Toyota had running changes within model years so MFG date can make difference.

Either way, they are still built like a reinforced brick. I got an email from a guy in CA who was uber impressed by my video that I got it running after sitting in the back yard for 4 years.

Here's a couple pix of what the guy who restores instrument clusters on eBay for big $$ did to my gauge cluster this week after I sold it to him. It was a pretty rusty piece with the temp gauge stuck on high. There's a lot of niche folks out there along with restorers who do great stuff. There's also a lot of folks that don't realize that less than 100,000 FJ40's made it to the US and just part them out or crush them :bang:

Yup, I post something on here once for the locals and then move it to the main classifieds or Ebay. Much bigger audience.

The engine and trans are worth the scrap weight, unless someone is doing a full resto :D
